Volly offers a 3-day free trial. If the software works fine during the trial period, it means Volly is functioning as intended on your system.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Volly still doesn't meet your expectations after the trial, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

After 30 Days

Refunds after the 30-day period are generally not available. For example, we cannot guarantee full compatibility when reinstalling on different hardware at a later date. We encourage you to make your purchase decision based on your experience during the trial period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@tsuki-inc.net with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider, and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
