By purchasing or using Volly ("the Software"), developed and operated by Tsuki Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Volly on your personal macOS devices. This license is for personal or commercial use by a single user.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Merchant of Record"). By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase includes free updates to the Software. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely but aim to support the Software for a reasonable period.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
